This Privacy Policy explains how Vegas Elite Experience Vault™ ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, mobile number), booking and purchase details, and information you share when you contact us. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number, expiration, or CVV.
How we use your information
To process purchases, deliver your voucher and Experience Vault access, send transactional and customer-care messages you've opted into, provide support, and operate and improve our services.
Mobile / SMS data
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described in our SMS Terms of Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. No mobile opt-in information is shared with third parties for marketing.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, our email/SMS providers, hosting), strictly to deliver our services, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. Payment card data is handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment processor and never touches our servers.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP, unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message, or contact us to access or delete your information.
