SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the text-message program operated by Vegas Elite Experience Vault™ ("we," "us," "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program description
When you opt in, we may send you recurring marketing and account/transactional text messages, including special offers and promotions, secure checkout / enrollment links, booking and voucher confirmations, account notifications, and responses to your inquiries about our Las Vegas travel package.
2. How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages by (a) submitting your mobile number on our website and agreeing to receive texts, or (b) verbally providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive your enrollment link during a phone consultation. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, when you request a payment link or complete a booking).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opt out — reply STOP
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further messages unless you opt in again.

7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
